Camp Pioneer is operated by the Randolph County Recreation Board, a committee of the Randolph County Commission, as a youth camp in cooperation with the West Virginia University Extension Service. Located three miles east of Beverly, the Camp’s facilities are adequate to provide lodging for up to 175 guests and meals for 300.
